monday.com is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer / Tech Lead for its BigBrain group in Tel Aviv, Israel. The role owns the architecture and roadmap for critical data and AI infrastructure, including multi-region Kubernetes clusters, streaming and data orchestration systems, the AI Gateway, ML inference platform, CI/CD and GitOps pipelines, observability, security, and developer self-service. The engineer will also mentor other engineers, lead cross-team infrastructure initiatives, and contribute to modern data technologies. The position requires 6–8+ years of DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering experience, deep Kubernetes and cloud expertise, and strong experience with infrastructure as code, CI/CD, data infrastructure, and production reliability.
