Description
Aplazo is hiring a DevOps Tech Lead Manager to lead a squad of 4–8 DevOps engineers while remaining hands-on as an engineer 40–60% of the time. The role owns delivery, code and infrastructure quality, on-call operations, hiring, performance reviews, incident response, post-mortems, and alignment of the squad’s work with business OKRs and KPIs. Required experience includes at least three years in DevOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering with production ownership, prior team leadership or technical lead experience, and a record of owning team delivery. The role requires expertise in infrastructure as code, CI/CD, AWS, observability, scripting, cloud security, and compliance, along with strong communication and people-management skills.
