Knowmad Mood is hiring a DevOps Support Engineer to analyze, investigate, and resolve complex incidents in a DevOps environment, coordinate resolution across technical teams, improve support processes, and automate operational tasks with scripting and DevOps tools. The role requires experience in technical support, operations, or DevOps, along with knowledge of Linux, Git, Bash, Python, REST APIs, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, observability, authentication, Jira, and Azure. The position is permanent and fully remote, with a Monday–Thursday and Friday schedule and flexible compensation benefits.
