EX Squared LATAM is hiring a full-time, long-term DevSecOps Engineer to work remotely from Costa Rica. The role combines software development and operations experience with cloud, automation, and security expertise to build secure, scalable technology platforms. Responsibilities include designing secure CI/CD pipelines, automating build and deployment processes, integrating security controls throughout the software development lifecycle, managing infrastructure as code, secrets, and access, and collaborating with engineering, operations, and security teams. Candidates need professional experience in software development, DevOps, cloud, infrastructure, or operations, along with CI/CD, DevSecOps, cloud, Terraform, Git, vulnerability management, and secrets management experience; AWS, containerization, and cloud-native architecture experience are preferred.
