Description
Markit is hiring a permanent remote Platform and Security Engineer to run Azure, Kubernetes, Microsoft 365, and related infrastructure while supporting a migration from a monolith to services. The role owns external attack-surface monitoring, security scanning in CI/CD, Azure and Microsoft 365 security baselines, vulnerability management, and the technical controls for ISO 27001 certification. It requires 5+ years of platform or DevOps engineering experience, hands-on production Azure and Kubernetes, security engineering, automation, and ISO 27001 or vulnerability-management experience. The position is based in Tallinn, Estonia, with remote work from anywhere in the European Union and moderate travel to Tallinn.
