Lockheed Martin is hiring a Full Spectrum Leader to manage 7–12 engineers in the Enterprise Mission C2 organization, leading systems and software engineering for the Mission Planner Module and Radar Control Processor. The role oversees radar modeling, scene modeling, signal construction and processing, C++ software, technical reviews, staffing, resource allocation, program performance, and participation in real-world demonstration events. Candidates need at least seven years of software, systems, integration, and test engineering experience plus leadership of engineering teams, integrated events, or demonstrations; radar systems, signal processing, and simulation experience are desired. The position is based in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, with a full-time salary range of $118,000 to $219,100 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
