Description
Gong is hiring a DevSecOps Manager to lead its Israel-based DevSecOps team and own the security posture of its multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, covering cloud identity, least-privilege access, credential and vulnerability management, Kubernetes security, GitHub and CI/CD pipeline security, software supply-chain risks, security-as-code, and automation. The manager will also develop the team, set security standards and operating practices, and partner with Product Security, R&D, and Cloud Engineering. The position requires at least two years of experience leading a DevSecOps, DevOps, platform, or cloud security team and at least seven years of hands-on DevOps and cloud security experience, with a flexible hybrid work model.
