Marathon Petroleum Company LP is hiring a full-time DevOps Platforms Leader to lead the strategy, governance, modernization, support, and enterprise adoption of DevOps platforms and software delivery capabilities. The role oversees Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD, release automation, source control, developer enablement, application security, quality engineering, observability, compliance, and operational excellence across Digital Product Delivery, Digital Technology Services, and Data, Analytics & AI teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a computer-related field, at least 10 years of diversified IT experience, and 3+ years of leadership experience, with work locations in Findlay, Ohio, Houston, Texas, and San Antonio, Texas.
