Description
The Mold Preparation Operator prepares molds for a casting operation by removing wax with an autoclave, cleaning and inspecting the autoclave, insulating molds, checking for defects, performing wax transfers and wax-recovery-system checks, and working with other employees. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of relevant manufacturing experience, and the ability to understand work instructions, use measuring instruments, and operate hoists; forklift certification may be required.
