Description
Sierra Circuits is hiring an experienced SMT/DFA Engineer to support printed circuit board manufacturing and assembly. The role analyzes PCB designs for manufacturability, develops and optimizes SMT processes, troubleshoots assembly issues, improves yield and cycle time, maintains equipment and documentation, and collaborates with design, quality, process, and supply chain teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, 2–5+ years of SMT/DFA experience, and strong SMT, DFM, troubleshooting, and communication skills. The salary is $85,000 to $120,000 per year, and the role is open to United States personnel.
