Sierra Circuits is hiring an experienced SMT DFA Engineer to support its printed circuit board manufacturing team. The role focuses on analyzing PCB designs for manufacturability, developing and troubleshooting SMT assembly processes, improving yield and cycle time, maintaining equipment and documentation, and collaborating with design, quality, production, and supply chain teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, at least five years of SMT/DFA experience in high-volume manufacturing, and strong technical and communication skills. It offers an annual salary of $75,000 to $120,000, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and a typical day shift from 9 AM to 6 PM.
