Flex is hiring a DFM Engineer in Jiading, Shanghai to provide SMT-related technical support to R&D and SMA production, develop efficient new-product manufacturing processes, collaborate on PCB layout and design issues, drive DFM activities through prototype and mass production, support root-cause analysis, introduce advanced SMT technology and equipment, and validate production lines. The role requires a university degree in a relevant engineering field, strong SMA and power-module manufacturing knowledge, several years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience, leadership and communication skills, and fluent English.
