Description
Apple is hiring a DFT/ATPG CAD Engineer to develop and implement design-for-test and ATPG flows, participate in DFT architecture, verify DFT implementations, generate and analyze structural test vectors, support coverage, collaborate with DFT and synthesis teams on STA, physical, power, and logical issues, and drive DFT and ATPG vendor engagements. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least 10 years of industry experience, proficiency in Tcl, Perl, and Python, and familiarity with DFT, logic synthesis, scan architecture, IEEE 1500, and related debugging activities.
