Description
Apple is hiring a DFT/ATPG CAD Engineer for its Silicon Engineering Group’s CAD and Methodology team. The role develops and implements DFT and ATPG flows, participates in DFT architecture development, verifies DFT implementations, supports structural test-vector generation and coverage, collaborates with DFT designers on STA, physical, power, and logical issues, and drives DFT and ATPG vendor engagements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least three years of industry experience, proficiency in Tcl, Perl, and Python, and experience with DFT, logic synthesis, scan architecture, IEEE 1500, and DFT debugging.
