The role develops and implements Design For Test architecture, documents DFT specifications, implements DFT infrastructure, writes Verilog RTL for DFT logic, coordinates with designers and verification teams, generates ATPG test vectors, debugs silicon, supports test-time reduction and silicon diagnosis, and handles engineering schedules. The position requires a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in a relevant engineering field and two years of experience, with a base pay range of $146,717 to $218,000 per year.
