Description
The DFT Engineer will define and review digital design-for-test specifications, architect hierarchical DFT methodologies, develop Python/TCL automation, coordinate with RTL, STA, physical design, verification, and ATE teams, and support DFT timing closure and signoff. The role requires expertise with Siemens Tessent, Synopsys SpyGlass DFT and TestMax, IEEE 1149.1/1500, scan, compression, boundary scan, ATPG, SSN, MBIST, BIST, VCS/VSIM, and DFT timing constraints, along with Python, TCL, and Perl scripting.
