Fluke Health Solutions is hiring a full-time DFX & Engineering Manager in Everett, Washington, to lead the newly formed DFX and engineering pillar across biomedical test, calibration, manufacturing, software, and metrology. The role owns design-for-excellence, operational KPIs, the Fortive Business System, hiring and talent development, and cross-functional engineering capacity, while leading a dozen onsite engineers. Candidates need an engineering bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of regulated manufacturing experience, DFX leadership, business-system fluency, and medical-device or ISO/FDA manufacturing experience. The position offers a salary range of 131,215.00 to 219,075.00 in local currency and bonus eligibility.
