Development Gateway is hiring a full-time Program Lead for its Early Grade Education Activity (ASAS) program in Amman, Jordan. The role leads DG’s program activities, manages timelines, deliverables, budgets, reporting, and project coordination; advises on strategy, risks, and technical execution; convenes government and university stakeholders; mentors technical experts; and represents DG externally. Candidates need at least eight years of experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, government and sector expertise, Arabic and English fluency, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. The position offers an annual salary of USD 55,000–69,000 and rolling applications until the position is filled.
