Description
This is a three-year dual study and practical training program in plastics engineering and mechanical engineering at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Horb, with study phases beginning in October and a required four-week practical placement beginning in September. The program covers plastics-specific content, mechanical engineering fundamentals, interdisciplinary and methodological skills, and applications across design, development, application engineering, production, project planning, marketing and sales, and customer consulting. The training company offers 35-hour weeks, flexible working time, collective-agreement pay with 14 salary payments, 30 days of vacation, pension and health benefits, a canteen, parking, and employee activities.
