ISN is hiring a Field Leader to provide operational leadership and subject-matter expertise for field investigation activities and contract-specific investigative requirements. The role manages investigative and records personnel, monitors performance against KPIs, prepares operational reports, coordinates site access and special approvals, ensures compliance with audits and inspections, conducts performance management and training, and supports customer priorities and workforce needs. An active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R, or HT security clearance is required, while DHS experience is highly desired; the position is flexible and remote-friendly.
