Description
The Record Searcher supports federal background investigations by conducting online and in-person record searches across law enforcement agencies, courts, educational institutions, employers, healthcare providers, and other authorized sources. The role retrieves, verifies, analyzes, documents, and reports investigative information in Reports of Investigation while maintaining confidentiality, meeting quality and production standards, and collaborating with investigators and reviewers. An active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R, or HT security clearance is required, while DHS experience is highly desired; the position is flexible and remote-friendly.
