Description
ISN is hiring a Review Leader to provide leadership, oversight, and operational management for a team supporting federal background investigations. The role assigns reviewer workloads, monitors quality, timeliness, productivity, and customer-service metrics, ensures investigative reports and supporting documentation meet contractual and regulatory requirements, identifies quality issues, develops staff, supports audits and process improvement, and reports performance to Program Management. An active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R, or HT security clearance is required, while DHS experience is highly desired; the position is flexible and remote-friendly.
