Description
ISN is hiring a Workload Coordinator to strategically assign, manage, and monitor investigative workloads across a program. The role partners with Program Management, Field Leadership, and investigative personnel to balance investigator capacity, support production and quality objectives, address timeliness risks, coordinate extensions and waivers, analyze workload trends, and provide reporting and staffing recommendations. An active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R, or HT security clearance is required, while DHS experience is highly desired; the position is flexible and remote-friendly.
