The Didactic Coach advises and coaches trainers on integrating AI and automation into teaching, designs automated learning paths using n8n or Activepieces, analyzes learning processes with Codex, creates personalized content, leads workshops on AI and no-code automation, and optimizes course workflows through intelligent feedback systems. The role requires experience in e-learning, instructional design, or didactics, knowledge of workflow automation and AI-supported learning, familiarity with the listed tools, and strong communication and analytical skills. It offers flexible, location-independent work and compensation, and applicants are asked to send their profile, online marketing experience, and optionally a sample lesson or presentation.
