STMicroelectronics is hiring for a role focused on supporting talent acquisition onboarding process improvements as well as handling equipment set-up, conversion, optimization, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance for die attach machines. The position requires collaboration with vendors and contributing to maintenance KPI attainment and special improvement projects. Candidates should have a BS in ECE or ME, at least 2 years of die attach machine experience, strong machine operation knowledge, business English, Microsoft tools familiarity, and basic quality/OEE practices knowledge.
