The role involves operating an automated die-casting machine workstation, checking product quality, performing basic machine maintenance, monitoring production parameters, and coordinating with other departments. Applicants should have basic education plus practical school, preferably technical secondary education or manufacturing experience, along with manual dexterity, reliability, flexibility, basic machinery knowledge, and a good work ethic. The position pays CZK 28,000–33,000 plus supplements and a recruitment bonus, with additional vacation, meals, vouchers, and quarterly bonuses.
