Description
Magna Cosma International is hiring a Die Casting Process Supervisor to oversee sustainable die-casting processes, support production, develop and maintain process documentation, lead continuous improvement, troubleshoot issues, manage direct reports, and support new product launches, tool trials, and burst builds. The role requires shop-floor presence, people-management experience, technical knowledge of die-casting processes and tooling, and a valid driving licence; mechanical engineering, automotive, robotics, ABB, Lean, and quality-system experience are desirable. The position is regular and permanent.
