Description
The Die-Cutting Press Operator sets up, operates, and tears down a multi-function die-cutting press; mounts dies, adjusts the machine, performs preventive maintenance and inspections, monitors quality, completes production documentation, and handles finished product. The role requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to interpret job tickets and blueprints, basic computer skills, attention to detail, safety compliance, reliable attendance, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A high school diploma or GED and prior die-cutting or converting equipment experience are preferred.
