Molex is hiring a Die Design Engineer in Singapore to lead the design and development of progressive dies from concept through delivery. The role involves solving technical challenges, collaborating with product designers, procurement, stamping, vendors, toolmakers, and external suppliers, conducting design reviews and FMEAs, developing and qualifying tooling, managing quotations and vendor selection, and improving quality, yield, and lead time. Candidates need an engineering diploma or equivalent, at least five years of die debugging, fabrication, and progressive-die-building experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Siemens NX.
