Description
The role involves fabricating low-complexity metal shoe-sole matrices, performing machining, cutting, drilling, milling, and grinding operations, and assisting with inspection, measurement, assembly, finishing, and adjustment. The employee also prepares machines and equipment, applies paint, performs welding, and carries out drilling as instructed. The posting requires a completed high school education, a completed or in-progress technical course in Industrial Mechanics or a similar field, and experience in matrix manufacturing; footwear-industry experience is a plus.
