The Stamping Die Engineer will support the design, development, validation, and release of medium- to large-scale automotive cast and hot-stamping dies for Cosma. Responsibilities include project delivery, customer and supplier communication, E-Review validation, springback and formability studies, CAD and soft-tool reviews, FEA root-cause analysis, VA/VE investigations, and process improvement. The role requires an engineering degree or at least five years of tooling or stamping experience, knowledge of sheet-metal formability and GD&T, and expertise in stamping simulation software such as Autoform, PamStamp, or LS Dyna. It is a day-shift permanent position with overtime required and a salary range of $78,000 to $104,170.
