Description
The Die Rebuild Support Associate supports manufacturing operations at Bosch’s Lincolnton, North Carolina conversion, customizing and packaging center by performing standardized tooling preparation, component replacement, cleaning, material handling, staging, inventory support, and production changeover activities. The role follows established work instructions and procedures, escalates tooling issues outside those procedures, and does not involve skilled maintenance, troubleshooting, machining, fabrication, tool design, or technical repair. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, general math and multitasking skills, the ability to stand for eight hours, instruction-following ability, and lifting up to 40-pound boxes; machine operating experience is preferred.
