Eaton is hiring a Die Setter (Weekend Shift) for its Fayetteville, North Carolina manufacturing site. The role sets up and operates punch press machines, prepares and positions sheet-metal materials, inspects and adjusts parts, maintains equipment, clears jams, and records production information. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of die-setting experience in a manufacturing environment, forklift operation and certification, and proficiency with drawings or blueprints. The core weekend schedule is 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday through Sunday, with an hourly rate of $23.00 to $29.76 plus a 11.12% weekend shift premium.
