Boyd Thermal by Eaton is hiring a Die-Cast Machine Operator for its Allenton, Wisconsin facility. The role operates and monitors die-cast machines, sets and repairs tooling, checks die-cast quality, maintains production rates, supports trim presses, and follows safety and quality-management-system requirements. The position is on-site for the first shift and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic reasoning and communication skills, physical ability to handle tools and equipment, and the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, and the employer does not offer immigration sponsorship or relocation benefits.
