R+L Carriers is hiring a Diesel Tractor Mechanic for its Wilmington, Ohio Service Center. The role maintains and repairs Class 8 trucks, including preventive maintenance and minor to major repairs, and may also support trailer, overhead door, lift gate, dolly, welding, and forklift work. Candidates need Class 8 preventive maintenance and repair experience, AC and electrical repair experience, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and their own tools; own tools, dependability, and experience with Cummins and Detroit engines, Cetaris, welding, a CDL, and Class 8 towing are preferred. The position offers up to $35.31 per hour, various shifts, vacation after 90 days, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
