R+L Carriers is hiring a full-time Diesel Mechanic, Class B, for its Burlington Township, New Jersey service center. The role performs preventive maintenance and minor to major repairs on Class 8 trucks, trailers, and potentially forklifts, including trailer maintenance, overhead doors, lift gates, dollies, and welding. The position pays $34.11–$40.35 per hour, works Monday through Friday on the third shift from 12:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., and offers PTO after 90 calendar days and medical, dental, and vision insurance. Applicants need diesel preventive-maintenance and repair experience, major-repair ability, AC and electrical experience, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and their own tools; two or more years of diesel-mechanic experience and experience with Cummins and Detroit engines are preferred.
