Description
ProLift Rigging is hiring a Diesel Mechanic to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on diesel-powered equipment, including cranes, forklifts, tractor trailers, and other heavy equipment. The role troubleshoots diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical and onboard computer systems, brakes, booms, outriggers, pumps, and other mechanical components, and works with operators and other mechanics in construction sites, industrial facilities, and maintenance shops. The position requires at least three years of diesel maintenance experience, familiarity with Cummins and CAT engines, experience with gasoline and propane engines, the ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics, a current CDL, and availability for shifts, weekends, holidays, and travel.
