Patriot Disposal / Apple Valley Waste is hiring a Mechanic:Maint to perform diagnostic, preventive, and repair work on diesel-powered waste management trucks and heavy equipment, including rear-load, front-load, and roll-off trucks. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, replacing components, maintaining safety and documentation standards, and coordinating repairs with other mechanics and supervisors. Candidates should have diesel-mechanic experience, strong knowledge of diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and air-brake systems, and a high school diploma or equivalent; a CDL is a plus.
