Description
Carvana is hiring a Diesel Technician for its Fleet Maintenance team to maintain and repair Class 8 trucks and trailers. The role includes routine maintenance, inspections, component replacements, diagnostic troubleshooting of electrical, engine, and transmission systems, aftertreatment and emissions work, recordkeeping, and DOT-compliant safety practices. Candidates need at least three years of heavy-duty Class 8 experience, two ASE certifications within six months, a valid driver's license, physical ability, and English proficiency. The position offers hourly compensation, overtime, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a $2,000–$4,000 sign-on bonus, and other benefits.
