Advantage Truck Group is hiring a full-time Diesel Technician in Shrewsbury to inspect, repair, overhaul, diagnose, and maintain Class 8 trucks, buses, and heavy equipment. The role includes test driving vehicles, performing routine maintenance, inspecting brake, steering, transmission, and engine systems, and replacing malfunctioning components. Applicants need at least five years of technician experience, a valid driver’s license, and preferably dealership experience, a technical or trade school certificate, and a CDL and DOT health card. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a rotating Saturday schedule, and compensation is $21 to $56 per hour plus overtime and performance bonuses.
