Description
Wind River Environmental is hiring an experienced Diesel Technician to diagnose and repair diesel engines, air brake systems, hydraulics, electrical systems, and emissions equipment on medium- and heavy-duty environmental service trucks and specialty equipment. The role includes preventive maintenance, field troubleshooting, road-call response, parts coordination, fleet documentation, and compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards. Candidates need at least five years of diesel, fleet, or heavy-equipment maintenance experience, strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, and a valid driver’s license; welding, fabrication, fleet software, and CDL experience are preferred. The position offers $38–$45 per hour plus overtime, year-round full-time work, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
