Description
The Die Setter Trainee will learn to operate, adjust, and maintain compaction and sizing presses and related auxiliary equipment in a powder-metal manufacturing environment. The role includes tool installations, machine adjustments, routine cleaning and upkeep, powder handling, scrap removal, safety procedures, communication with manufacturing departments, and support for quality and environmental management systems. The position is supervised and emphasizes learning, teamwork, organization, deadline management, and continuous improvement.
