Residences at Vantage Point is hiring a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve therapeutic diet trays for health center residents. The role includes preparing desserts and salads, serving meals, setting up and breaking down dining tables, and transporting food and non-food items. Candidates should be able to follow English instructions, communicate effectively, perform arithmetic and measurement conversions, organize tray setup according to diet orders, work cooperatively with residents and staff, and demonstrate empathy for older adults. Previous nursing home food service experience is preferred. The position is indoors and physically demanding, requiring standing and walking throughout the day and lifting or pushing carts. The employer offers $16.00–$16.50 per hour and benefits after 60 days.
