Description
Concentus GmbH, a subsidiary of St. Elisabeth Hospital Leipzig, is hiring a full-time Diet Cook to prepare full meals, light meals, and special diets from hot and cold kitchens; coordinate with dietetics on meal plans; and maintain quality, hygiene, safety, purchasing, storage, and food-waste standards. The role requires completed cook training and state-recognized diet-cook training, knowledge of diet types and food intolerances, HACCP hygiene, and the ability to work in shifts including weekends and public holidays.
