Description
The Dietary Aide supports the Director of Dietary Services or Food Services Supervisor by setting up, delivering, and serving food and beverages; assisting with food preparation and portioning; transporting supplies; cleaning kitchens, dining rooms, and work areas; collecting, washing, and storing dishes; and maintaining dish-machine operations. The role requires 2–3 years of related experience, knowledge of food sanitation, therapeutic diets, and HACCP procedures, a current Vulnerable Sector Police Clearance, and a 2-Step TB test or chest x-ray.
