Description
Fishkill Center for Rehabilitation Nursing is hiring a full-time Dietary Aide to support food service in a 160-bed skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include handling food and equipment according to sanitation policies, setting up trays and tray lines, delivering food carts, processing soiled dishes, serving food, preparing snacks and beverages, preparing and delivering nutritional supplements and tube-feeding products, cleaning equipment and work areas, and maintaining confidentiality. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a caring attitude toward seniors, the ability to lift 25–50 pounds, and compliance with the New York State vaccine mandate.
