Description
The Lantern is hiring a Dietary Aide or similar food-preparation team member to report to the Dietary Manager and prepare meals for assisted-living residents while following healthcare food-preparation, health, and safety standards. The role emphasizes cooking and meal-prep skills, organization, dependability, teamwork, delegation, communication, compassion, time management, ethics, and physical endurance. Housekeeping experience is preferred but not required, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required. The position is available full-time or part-time and includes 401(k), dental, health, life, and vision insurance plus a referral program.
