Louisville Gardens is hiring a full-time Dietary Aide / Cook for its dietary department in Louisville, Ohio. The role primarily performs dietary aide duties during the week and cooks on a rotating schedule, including every other weekend and every other Monday and Friday. Responsibilities include meal preparation, serving, tray assembly, following resident diet orders and food safety standards, kitchen sanitation, dishwashing, stocking, and collaborating with dietary and nursing teams. Prior dietary, kitchen, or cooking experience is preferred, while long-term care or healthcare experience is a plus.
