Description
The Dietary Aide assists the cook in preparing client, staff, and special-event meals; serves meals according to individual diet plans; maintains dietary records; follows sanitation and safety procedures; and performs assigned cleaning tasks. The role requires food preparation and sanitation knowledge, age 21 or older, the ability to lift at least 50 pounds, and successful background, physical, and drug/alcohol screening.
