Description
The Server serves resident and guest meals, assists with ordering and tray service, provides beverages, refills condiment bowls, cleans and resets dining areas, and supports basic food preparation and food-storage practices. The role also requires reporting equipment issues, following confidentiality policies, communicating respectfully with residents and staff, and working a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include sustained standing and walking, lifting 50 pounds, and carrying heavy objects.
